The Kimpton Everly Hotel in Hollywood is one of the city’s more recent arrivals, overlooking the twinkling LA skyline (and that world-famous sign). Glorious vistas aside, each room is home to dreamy Casper mattresses. Guests can even limber up with Kimpton’s complimentary yoga mats. Oceanfront, with a palm-tree-lined pool, the Art Deco Surfcomber is all about the good times; and that’s where the hotel’s ‘Daylife’ concept comes in. With ample beach games, bike tours, ice-cream sundaes and craft-cocktail classes, there are hours of fun to be had in the Florida sun. Far from coming alive at night, South Beach is a 24-hour party.

Surrounded by world-class galleries and eateries, hang loose in the stylish living-room-style lobby – the hotel occupies an entire block, so you’ll have more than enough space.
