The facilities

The spa

These include sand from Falésia beach, salt from the marshes of nearby Ria Formosa Nature Park and natural oils from carob and orange trees in the Algarve Hills. 

The food
Twelve in-house restaurants serve a range of cuisines showcasing the Algarve’s local produce, including nourishing health-focused food and daytime bites. Celebrating tradition and the area’s abundant seafood is the elegant, garden-view O Pescador restaurant. At the Piri Piri Steakhouse, you can sip sommelier-selected Portuguese wines paired with prime cuts. Zest is best for a health kick – with a menu of revitalising smoothies, salads, freshly squeezed juices and lighter meals.
