Better boarding
Get your trip off to a great start with even better boarding. From December 2017, BA will be introducing a group boarding system on all flights, allocating each passenger with a group number related to their boarding priority. This, combined with a new, sleeker boarding pass, will not only simplify the boarding process, but reduce congestion at the gate. For more information, visit ba.com

Lounge oasis
Hand-blown glass lighting, marble champagne bar, elegant loungers and decadent fireplaces. This is the new level of luxury being brought to Heathrow Terminal 5’s flagship Concorde Room. Recently refreshed, the new Concorde Room takes inspiration from the very best of British design, including a re-imagined outdoor terrace, with luxurious sofas and a primetime view of the runway.
