Here you take in the wondrous Manhattan skyline without the crowds, and enjoy the picture-perfect view that has inspired so many TV programmes, books and movies along the way.

Visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art on 5th Avenue to immerse yourself in more than two million works of art. The largest art museum in the United States, the Met’s exhibits span 5,000 years, while the gallery itself covers more than two million square feet. After this trip through time and cultures, why not discover something different? Stray off the beaten track to explore the rotating exhibitions of emerging artists at galleries in DUMBO, one of Brooklyn’s centres of art and creativity.
