Where to start? When it comes to chowing down, you’ve hit the gastronomic jackpot at the Wynn Las Vegas. From a renowned 120-dish, all-you-can-eat buffet (capacious waistlines strongly advised) to a Michelin-star Chinese restaurant, a Sinatra-inspired hangout and an enchanting Hawaiian fish joint overlooking the aptly named ‘Lake of Dreams’, hungry guests can choose from around 25 dining spots to luxuriate over their next meal. Set to whet our appetites in Spring 2020 is Elio, a sleek Mexican eatery inspired by the country’s rich heritage of celebratory gatherings. Count us in…

In your dreams

If the idea of synchronised swimmers, thrilling acrobatics and a nail-biting, 80-foot dive piques your interest, make sure to reserve a ticket for Le Rêve – The Dream. Set in an aqua theatre-in-the-round, this edge-of-your seat extravaganza has recently had a refresh, with new music, costumes and choreography and, as part of a special package, you can catch the whole show from an exclusive underwater vantage point. You can also pair it with a meal – the date night of, well, dreams.

Face the music

Face the music

Small, intimate and plush, the Encore at Wynn Las Vegas theatre has a reputation for hosting the greats – and it’ll continue to do so this year, with none other than Diana Ross and Lionel Richie returning to belt out their best hits. Ross is set to serve up six evenings of chart-toppers (each featuring costumes as dazzling as you’d expect) this spring – and thanks to the Encore’s smart, tiered design there truly isn’t a bad seat in the house.

Step outside the bright lights of the Wynn casino and what will you find? The only resort golf course on the Strip, that’s what. We’re talking 6,722-yards of glorious, manicured greenery, with a bevy of water features and mature trees thrown in for good measure. Lithium-powered electric golf carts, professional caddie programs and a pro shop all add up to a pretty perfect day on the course – but if you’d rather rest your muscles, consider checking into the five-star spa at the Encore or Wynn instead. Both are as luxurious as each other.

Much like buffets, pool parties are big news in Vegas – and the beach club at Encore tends to attract the greatest headliners, as well as the greatest crowds. With 26 cabanas fully equipped with fridges, flat-screen TVs and daybeds, the club makes it easy for guests to dip in and out of the party in complete comfort. But come night, this zen zone evolves into something more closely resembling a nightclub – play your cards right (literally) and perhaps you’ll even end up on a VIP table. With a full-service bar, moonlit pool and the likes of David Guetta behind the decks, this is one quintessential Las Vegas experience you won’t want to miss.
