Right now, double and triple Avios Black Friday offers on the British Airways Avios eStore mean you can quickly shop your way to a Reward Flight with British Airways. Here, we pick the top spots for 2021 – and map out the splurges that’ll help you hop aboard...
Why: Cosy ‘brown cafés’ in winter, canal boat rides in summer and art-filled museums year round, it doesn’t matter when you visit – Amsterdam is always a brilliant city break.
How: You’ll need 8,500 Avios (+ £0.50)* for a one-way flight, or 17,000 Avios (+£1)** for a return fare. Stock up on luxe edible goodies for Christmas using some triple Avios offers, and you’re half way there.
What: Fortnum & Mason’s lavish A Merry Christmas Hamper (£400; 5,000 Avios), brimming with biscuits, marmalades, teas, bubbly and more will sort you for the big day and beyond, while its mega Advent calendar (£135; 1,688 Avios) makes counting down to it that bit more fun. Or, we quite like this jar of Advent biscuits from Honeywell Biscuit Co, an artisan alternative to the classic chocolate countdown (£45, Notonthehighstreet.com; 450 Avios).
