Collecting Avios
You will receive an additional 5 Avios per £1 spent between 4 October and 31 January for purchases made on One-Off Purchases and Subscription Purchases. The award of the Avios Bonus will be valid from 00:01 BST on 4 October 2022 and will be applicable on the first and all following orders made by you up to and including 23:59 GMT on 31 January 2023. Any transactions made outside this time period will not be entitled to the Avios Bonus. The Avios Bonus will be awarded into your British Airways Executive Club account within 30 days from the end of the offer period.  

Should IAG Loyalty Retail Limited (trading as The Wine Flyer) identify that a customer is repeatedly selecting a subscription product and subsequently cancelling to benefit from the Subscription Avios Award to instead make a one-off purchase, we reserve the right to debit any incremental Avios accrued from the Executive Club Member account.  

Spending Avios
Avios can be used to reduce the cash value (including taxes) for products available for sale on the Website. The number of Avios required to reduce the cash value can vary by product and we reserve the right to change this without notice. Avios cannot be used in part or in full on delivery charges. Redemptions are applied at the same proportion on each product in an order and cannot adapted by product. For example, you cannot redeem 20% of one products value and 10% of another and rather, all products would need to be either 10% or 20%. Where a substitute product is accepted (see section on Availability), we will debit Avios from the Members account on the basis of the original product ordered. Spending of Avios on orders that are part of a Subscription is not available except for the first order where the subscription is set up. Where an order is cancelled or returned, any Avios redeemed in relation to that order will be credited from the Executive Club Members account in line with the see section on Refunds at help.thewineflyer.co.uk.
