Collect Avios, enjoy discounts and track your travel with On Business

BA NEWS • October 2015

The seven perks of On Business

With access to exclusive rewards, plus the ability to earn Avios, British Airways’ On Business programme will help you make the most of your business travel budget. Here are six reasons to sign up

1. Earn Avios
Who doesn’t want more Avios? With On Business, your company can earn points on flights and collect extra points with credit cards. Executive Club Members can also continue to earn personal Avios. Plus, thanks to the partnership between American Airlines, British Airways and Iberia, you can earn across all three airlines. You can claim for flights up to four months after the date of travel.

2. Enjoy discounts
Would a quick cash discount on flights suit your business? With On Business, you have access to instant, member only discounts when booking selected flights.

3. Move up the tiers
Once you've joined, you'll automatically enter Tier On1 of the On Business programme and progress through to Tiers On2 and Tier On3 as you spend more on company travel. When you reach a new tier level, you'll be able to earn extra points for every £1 spent.

4. Make the most of great offers
Points, discounts and upgrades are only the start of your perks. You can also take advantage of special member-only offers and bonuses to help boost your points and savings.

5. Get spending
There are plenty of ways to spend your points, depending on the needs of your company – from reward flights to cabin upgrades on selected journeys. You can spend across all the partner airlines, right up until the day before you travel. Plus, you can make short-notice date and time changes to your flights to fit in with your work schedule.

6. Track your travel
For companies that need to stay in control of their travel budget and expenses, there’s the On Business online Management Information Tool. This gives you access to custom reporting, as well a clear view of who in your company is earning points – where and when –  to help your travel budget go further.

7. Earn bonus points
You understand how your company can benefit from membership of On Business, so why not share the news? Introduce a new member to the benefits of the programme and BA will thank you with bonus points. Once they are approved and activate their account, you’ll receive 1,500 bonus On Business points. That’s enough for a one-way redemption flight in Band 1 of the On Business programme.
