Go west from Gatwick
British Airways has announced two new transatlantic routes to its summer 2018 schedule from Gatwick. From 1 May, customers will be able to fly to Toronto, Canada with three weekly flights. Direct flights to Las Vegas will also return to Gatwick, with three flights a week from 27 March. Book at ba.com
Better connected
A new Premium Transfer Drive service is being introduced at Heathrow to ensure customers don’t miss their connecting flights. Where there’s a risk of customers missing a connection, BA will provide an airside car transfer between flights (pictured), saving customers time in connecting through the airport. The scheme applies to those travelling on a UK domestic flight, connecting onto either a short-haul flight in Club Europe or a long-haul service in Club World or First, as well as Silver or Gold Executive Club Members.
