A New York state of mind
The First lounge at New York JFK is the latest British Airways lounge to undergo a redesign as part of the airline’s £52m investment to improve the customer experience at the airport's Terminal 7. The new, larger space promises to be a more contemporary and luxurious environment, including a wine room and boutique pre-flight dining. Customers flying in First can also enjoy an enhanced check-in experience with direct access to Fast Track security. To learn more about the refurbishment of New York JFK Terminal 7, visit ba.com
Best of the British Isles

Winter routes
A winter break to some of the world’s most exotic and cultural cities is now easier than ever, with three new services launching from Heathrow Terminal 5. Starting on 29 October 2018, customers longing for South Africa’s year-round heat can fly on one of three weekly flights to the beach city of Durban, while a new four-times-a-week service to Marrakech will run between 28 October 2018 and 30 March 2019. Finally, customers enticed by Moscow’s (above) Christmas Markets now have more choice as the airline will this month begin operating one of its three daily services to Sheremetyevo Airport rather than Domodevo Airport. Customers will be able to beat the winter blues with a trip to Rome, as a year-round service to the Eternal City launches on 11 November 2018. A new route to Munich will also launch as of 16 February 2019, with flights to the Bavarian capital operating up to three times a day. Plus, four additional Embraer E190 aircraft are set to join the fleet in 2019, adding more seats and enabling the launch of new destinations. To find out where we fly from London City, visit ba.com
