This is the only Las Vegas show set in an aquatic theatre and no seat is ever more than 40 feet from the stage, but now you can get even closer. On Sunday’s only, guests can now enjoy an impressive brunch spread - including Alaskan king crab legs, oysters on the half shell, crab cake eggs benedict and char-grilled flat iron steak frites - all with a side of live, Dixieland-style jazz. From pasta-prepping to magazine-worthy floral arrangements, learning tips from master mixologists to cooking up works of art with the city's finest bakers, plan your stay around a one-off Master Class. This series of intimate workshops invites you behind the scenes at the hands of Wynn Encore's master chefs, sommeliers, bakers and artisans. The hotel's event listings is filled with out-of-the-ordinary experiences, so make sure to check out the website before your stay to see which unique experience works for you.

The showstopping Diana Ross returns once again to the Encore Theatre for a series of dynamic new performances this February. Kicking off a very special year (it's the songstresses 75th birthday in March), Ms. Ross will be celebrating her personal and professional milestones each evening with her enduring collection of award-winning songs and brilliant new costumes. The giver of timeless memories to millions of fans across the world, it promises to be an experience fans will never forget.

With a 40-foot waterfall, pine-topped mountain and impressive array of shows taking place on its shores, Wynn’s Lake of Dreams is a must-see Vegas phenomenon.
