Round of golf, thalassotherapy in the spa or dinner by the pool? Why not all three?
Secret and unspoiled
If you’re looking to experience the beauty of the world from your very own deluxe bubble, look no further. Private and beautifully unspoiled, the heavenly haven in Messinia lies a few steps away from ancient sites. Wander the fortified Byzantine town of Mystras, spread out on blue-flag beaches such as Voidokilia (above, considering the compass-perfect crescent of sand, the name’s translation as ‘cow’s belly’ is fitting), and lather up in the waterfalls. Costa Navarino is situated on a protected piece of land shielded from man’s impact on nature, with astonishing wildlife roaming across wetlands and grasslands, yet connected to modern delights such as gourmet restaurants and spas. Plus, Kalamata airport is less than an hour’s drive away.
Curated neighbourhoods
There are a number of freehold properties to choose from, spread across the Navarino Dunes area. Seaside villas and lagoon pools are sure to catch your eye in the Sea Dunes neighbourhood or, if you prefer panoramic views and villas nestled among olive groves, you’ll be drawn to Olive Grove. All villas are fully in tune with the region’s traditional architectural patterns and have designs that complement the natural landscape. Dubbed “one of the last unspoiled corners of the Mediterranean”, the destination draws from the region’s natural resources to sustain its smart infrastructure. The water reservoirs, fully integrated into the surrounding landscape, are filled by a very small percentage of the excess runoff from local rivers, just before flowing into the sea, while the resplendent residences are built from sustainable materials such as wood and stone. The region is a protected bio-reserve, with numerous areas designated as EU Natura sites – this is your chance to spend time with the pink flamingos resting on Gialova Lagoon.

Navarino Hills, home to two brand-new golf courses, and Navarino Blue will be the next areas to be developed in Costa Navarino.
